Cumulant calculations of thermodynamic quantities for the Hubbard and the emery model

The calculations of the first paper suggesting phase separation in the Hubbard model [2] are performed under modern computer facilties for the one and three-band Hubbard model. High-temperature approximations for specific heat and static correlation functions are obtained. The latter show, at these high temperatures, no tendency to phase separate in the same way as in the cited paper because our spin parallel nearest-neighbor charge correlation function is negative for all doping values. The spin antiparallel correlation function has positive and negative values for different doping regimes.Extension of this work to higher levels of iterations and to other correlation functions is in progress.

郑411块沙三段地层疏松出砂、原油粘度高，属中深层超稠油，常规试油试采方法难以突破出油关，采用APR全通径氮气垫测试、地层与井筒复合防砂、水平井配合直井蒸汽吞吐、氮气泡沫封堵调剖和井筒加热举升稠油等配套工艺技术，取得了较好的效果，为中深层超稠油油藏的开发提供了技术思路。     

Properties of aqueous solutions for two binary mixed systems between two kinds of bile salts and nonionic surfactants

The micellar properties of aqueous binary mixed solutions for two systems consisting of sodium cholate (NaC)-octaoxyethylene glycol mono n-decyl ether (C₁₀E₈) and sodium glycocholate (NaGC)-C₁₀E₈ have been studied on the basis of surface tensions, polarity of the micelle interior and the mean aggregation number. Application of two theoretical treatments, based on regular solution and excess thermodynamic quantities for critical micellar concentration (CMC) data from surface tension curves of two mixed systems showed that the mole fraction of each bile salt in the mixed micelles near the CMC is lower than that of the corresponding prepared mole fraction in the mixed solution. The polarity of the interior suggested that the hydrophobicity of intramicelles increased with the increase of the mole fraction of bile salt in the mixed solution and that the mixed micelles become dramatically more hydrophobic at a mole fraction of 0.68 for NaGC−C₁₀E₈ system and 0.75 for NaC−C₁₀E₈ system, respectively. This implies that the micelles become richer in the bile salt molecules and the tendency appears strongly for NaGC−C₁₀E₈ system due to the strong cohesion between the conjugated glycines in the NaGC molecules. The decrease of aggregation number with the increase of the mole fraction of bile salts shows that the micelles approach those of the single system of each bile salt. This supports the previously mentioned facts.

关于Mei对称性与Noether对称性的关系—以Birkhoff系统为例

文章以Birkhoff系统为例研究Mei对称性与Noether对称性之间的关系.研究了基于无限小生成元向量作用下Birkhoff函数和Birkhoff函数组的变分问题,建立了该变分问题的Birkhoff方程与Noether对称性及其守恒量.研究表明:该变分问题得到的Birkhoff方程、Noether等式和Noether守恒量分别与经典Birkhoff系统Mei对称性的判据方程、结构方程和Mei守恒量完全一致.文末以著名的Emden方程等为例来说明结果的应用.     

多特征融合的蛋白质相互作用位点预测

蛋白质相互作用位点预测为蛋白质功能和药物设计的理解提供重要线索。而蛋白质的各种特征为蛋白质相互作用位点预测提供了大量有用信息,特别是进化信息、残基序列邻近和空间邻近性。不同的蛋白质特征对蛋白质间的相互作用的贡献也不一样。通过提取蛋白质序列谱、保守性和残基熵,提出了特征融合技术对蛋白质相互作用位点进行研究,采用SVM构建三种预测器,分别对各种不同的特征加以验证,实验结果表明了基于特征融合方法的有效性和正确性。     

Functionally essential, invariant glutamate near the C-terminus of strand {beta}5 in various ({alpha}/{beta})8-barrel enzymes as a possible indicator of their evolutionary relatedness

Twelve different (/ß)₈-barrel enzymes belonging tothree structurally distinct families were found to contain,near the C-terminus of their strand ß5, a conservedinvariant glutamic acid residue that plays an important functionalrole in each of these enzymes. The search was based on the ideathat a conserved sequence region of an (/ß)₈-barrelenzyme should be more or less conserved also in the equivalentpart of the structure of the other enzymes with this foldingmotif owing to their mutual evolutionary relatedness. For thispurpose, the sequence region around the well conserved fifthß-strand of a-amylase containing catalytic glutamate(Glu230, Aspergillus oryzae -amylase numbering), was used asthe sequence-structural template. The isolated sequence stretchesof the 12 (/ß)₈-barrels are discussed from both thesequence-structural and the evolutionary point of view, theinvariant glutamate residue being proposed to be a joining featureof the studied group of enzymes remaining from their ancestral(/ß)₈-barrel
